I am looking for ideas for my next photo shoot and I cant stop thinking of daisies, wheat fields, tree swings, renaissance head wreaths... pretty much anything romantic, soft and innocent.

Adelaide has long been thought of as behind the ball, especially when it comes to fashion... however in recent years we are holding our own with the Gilles St Markets, the Vintage Fair Markets, the Bower Bird Design Fair and for the last two years FASHION AVENUE! Held in May this event seems to be getting bigger and better every year, this year showcased new designers (Porcelain, None the Richer) as well as those who have been around the block including Alexis George, Angel Wings and George Gross Harry Who.

I participated in the Young Designer section and have already had such an amazing response to the range I showed on the night. The stress leading up to it was a little intense and may have resulted in sleepless nights, coffee as a substitute for meals and the day before a not so nice looking stress rash... I say it every year that the stress isn't worth it but it always is!
